Send expenses from WhatsApp

Send a photo or PDF of the receipt to 0559810234. First connect in SmartBill the Israeli WhatsApp number you will send from.

If you see Activate WhatsApp Module, see your subscription. You can also start from the card on the expenses dashboard.

Choose the screen you use for SmartBill:

Desktop

1. Open Settings and choose Expenses settings.

2. Enter your WhatsApp number and choose Add and verify WhatsApp number.

3. Choose Take me to WhatsApp and send the code. Wait for confirmation before sending receipts; the code expires after about ten minutes.

4. Send a photo or PDF of the receipt to the same number.

Mobile app

1. Tap the account picture, choose Settings, then Expenses settings.

2. Enter your WhatsApp number and tap Add and verify WhatsApp number.

3. Tap Take me to WhatsApp and send the code. Wait for confirmation before sending receipts; the code expires after about ten minutes.

4. Send a photo or PDF of the receipt to the same number.

You can send JPEG, PNG, or PDF. Check the supplier, date, and amount in SmartBill. If the code was not accepted, tap Verify again.
