Other incomes: grants, interest and repayments
Other incomes are income that isn’t from sales, such as a government grant, interest, or a capital gain. They are not income documents: they have no numbering, no sending to a customer and no PDF. They count in the Profit and loss report only, in their own section after income, and not in the VAT report, PCN874, turnover, income-tax advances, or grant calculations.

The income appears in the list with its amount; a repayment shows as a negative amount. The bottom of the list shows Total other incomes for the period. To correct an income, open it from the list; to delete it, click the delete icon and confirm.
An income marked Imported from the accountant’s books came from the business’s bookkeeping. You can’t edit or delete it in SmartBill; ask your accountant if it is wrong.
Income types and account keys
Link to section: Income types and account keysOpen Settings → Other income types, or click Manage types on the Other incomes page. Each type has a name, an optional Tax Authority code (6111), which you pick from the list by typing part of its name or number, and an optional account key: the key of the type’s account in the accountant’s books (up to 15 characters). Your accountant can give you the key. Two active types can’t share a key.
A type that has incomes can’t be deleted. Archive it instead: it stays on existing incomes but isn’t offered for new ones.
The Hashavshevet export includes only other incomes recorded in SmartBill: each one is credited to its type’s account key and debited to the general customer account, without VAT. A type without a key uses the Other incomes account from the Hashavshevet settings. If neither the type nor that account has a key, the entry is exported without an account key, like a sales income whose account is not set, and the accountant fills it in Hashavshevet. If no general customer account is set, the export stops with a message: complete the settings and try again.
